Topics of Focus

Explore bold, hands-on sessions blending law, code, and crypto realities at the frontier of Web3

WEB3 Disputes & Legal Conflicts
Regulatory & Compliance

This session opens with a deep dive into the global landscape of blockchain disputes, surveying the key areas where conflicts arise and asking the central question: what are the fights really about? Participants will gain insights into how legal battles shape the evolution of Web3 and the implications for both innovators and regulators.

The regulatory panel will bring together experts to unpack the evolving frameworks surrounding blockchain and digital assets. Topics will include AML/CFT compliance in wallet structures, the regulation of stablecoins, and predictions on how global policy trends will reshape the future of Web3. The panel offers a critical bridge between innovation and compliance.

Stablecoins & Business Expansion
Future of Web3 Ecosystem

A forward-looking discussion on stablecoins will highlight their role in expanding the Web3 economy. Speakers will explore how stablecoin adoption drives business scalability, payments infrastructure, and cross-border financial integration, while also considering the legal and technical challenges that accompany mainstream use.

The event also looks ahead with the announcement of the Japan Talk and WEB300 Kyoto 2026. This segment underscores the growing global reach of the conference and sets the stage for the next wave of cross-border dialogue and collaboration.

Tokenisation & Ownership
Networking & Collaboration

The programme then shifts to highly interactive group discussions on the tokenisation of real-world assets (RWA). Small groups will work closely with table hosts to examine ownership structures, market opportunities, and governance challenges, before representatives pitch their ideas in a collaborative and competitive format. This immersive session places tokenisation at the core of Web3 innovation.

The day concludes with time dedicated to mingling and informal networking. Participants can exchange ideas, forge partnerships, and continue the conversation at a nearby cash bar, creating opportunities for meaningful connections that extend beyond the formal programme.
